Beauty is an uncommon gift
Would you cherish me too?
Would you chase after me
Like the winds blows the clouds away?
Would you stare at me

Faye fell out of bed and hit the cold stone floor with a loud thud. It wasn't loud enough to wake everyone in the dormitory, but loud enough to realize she was going to have a bump there later. She looked at her watch, it was 2 o' clock in the morning and after that dream, she wasn't in the state of mind for sleep.

yet somehow they moved in slow motion.
I wanted to stand,
wanted to reach out and touch them but…
I couldn't move,
and yet I laughed

and the tingling in my feet.
There was a tempest
on the rise
and in my blood.
A sugar rush disguised
as a riot of butterflies
and they were swarming me.
There was a small vial
of insulin in my pocket
that I nev
